Hacker duo arrested by the Manchester police
The Manchester police have arrested the man and a woman, both aged 20 over suspicions of their involvement in distributing malware to extract personal details from tens of thousands of computers across the globe. The suspected hacker duo were found to be involved in felonious acitivity of spreading a Trojan program meant for picking up critical financial and other important details from several PCs worldwide.
It has been reported that the hacker duo have infested ZeuS or Zbot Trojan program, which once installed in a userís computer could steal login credentials of bank accounts, credit card details, along with important personal details, such as login details on social networking sites. The Zbot Trojan program is known internationally as being a very significant malicious computer program or malware. It is used for infecting or accessing personal information. The Section 43 and/or 66 Information Technology Act, 2000 deals with this felonious activity.
